Our Cabin Hostesses must be able to relate confidently to others and show a passion for delivering fantastic service. Working onboard one our aircraft, you will find every day holds a different challenge - from the moment you prepare the aircraft, to the moment you say farewell, customers comfort and peace of mind is in your hands. Your role includes all aspects of customer service including serving refreshments and meals.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Professional, friendly, and balanced personality, Team orientated.
- Dedicated service commitment.
- Resourceful and competent in handling unusual and demanding situations.
- Confident communicator in English, spoken and written. Additional language skills preferred. (German and French helpful).
- Experience as Flight Attendant or similar experience.
- Experience in VIP executive services preferred
- Prepared to work flexible hours any day of the year, at any time, including weekends and public holidays.
- Confident to work alone and use initiative to make sound decisions
- Prepared to clean and maintain the cabin to the highest standards
