Office Concierge is the leading independent provider of Reception Management services in London. We have over 170 sites with 400 staff; and we are still growing. We need people who care about people to assist in the day to day management of our prestigious sites, tenants and our all important employees who "live" here.
Acting as the first point of contact for a number of corporate receptionists on various sites, you will own outstanding interpersonal, communication and time management skills. Dividing your time between Head Office meetings, site visits, staff performance assessments and meetings with your corporate clients; you will thrive on the diversity of this role, utilising your outstanding customer service skills and previous supervisory experience. This will require travel in and around Central London and West, however, with your flexible, professional attitude you will rise to meet the challenge!
