Office Concierge directly employs around 300 Corporate Receptionists to work within prestigious buildings across the city of London. A position for a Team Leader has recently arisen within one of these buildings. Your role will be to ensure that your reception team provides a welcoming and efficient front of house reception service to all employees, their guests and other visitors to the building. You will also be responsible for encouraging the development of relationships between the reception team, management and tenants, and to oversee all daily activities of the reception area as a whole. You will need to be able to train and motivate staff ensuring they are meeting targets. You will also need to assist building management as required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months customer service or reception experience, either from a corporate or hospitality background. Previous team leader experience would be an advantage but this is not essential. First class standards of presentation and excellent interpersonal skills are also required. The salary is £22,000 plus excellent benefits.
