As Londons leading independent provider of Reception Management Services, we pride ourselves on directly employing only the best Corporate Receptionists for a number of front of house positions, based in prestigious London office buildings across the City, West End and Canary Wharf. Along with the usual duties such as meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner, issuing security passes, and being the first point of contact within the building, we go that little bit further in providing excellent customer service. We have taken the concierge element out of hotels and placed it in the corporate environment, and so you will be called upon to answer all types of concierge questions. You will be trained to the highest standards in customer care and provide assistance to both the building management & their tenants. We are looking for committed individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, a smiling, personable and professional manner and an excellent standard of personal presentation. A solid customer service background - airline, hotel, corporate or similar is a must, along with an excellent command of the English language.
