The Role
The Account Managers at Office Concierge are responsible for maintaining consistency across the board within their receptions teams, by representing our brand and acting as a role model, supporting, motivating and promoting good staff relations. It is essential to effectively communicate and report on all matters within their teams to the Operations Manager.
Competencies Required:
* Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
* Show a professional attitude and demeanour to all members of the OC team
* Ensure all OC Brand Standards are promoted with energy and enthusiasm
* Have the ability to work within a changing and reactive environment
