Office Concierge is the leading independent provider of Reception Management Services. We have a number of exciting opportunities for Corporate Receptionists employed directly by our company. This is an exciting opportunity to put your customer service and corporate reception skills to the test. Based on the front of house at various prestigious London buildings, you will be responsible for welcoming a high volume of guests and ensuring they are greeted professionally and efficiently. You will be trained to the highest standards in customer care and provide assistance to both the building management & their tenants. Please Note: This is a mobile role where you will be trained on a number of sites around the City and West End, so candidates must bear in mind that mobility and flexibility is key. We are looking for committed individuals who possess excellent communication skills along with a personable and flexible attitude. A solid customer service background - airline, hotel, corporate or similar and an excellent command of the English language is essential. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is also desirable. Working for us is a genuinely rewarding experience. Salaries range from £20,000 to £22,000 plus excellent benefits.
