Job Purpose:

To exceed our guests' expectations onboard in terms of safety and service while offering a unique taste of United Arab Emirates hospitality - cultured, considerate, warm and generous. 

Main Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests as well as providing excellent customer service at all times. Our Cabin Crew are Etihad's prime ambassadors, and your role will include inspiring our guests, displaying a high degree of motivation, enthusiasm and commitment in everything you do.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the opportunity you will need to meet the following criteria:
 
- Minimum age 21 years
- Ability to swim at least 25m unaided in open water, without a flotation device
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
- Must be able to reach 210 cms without shoes
- No visible tattoos
- Weight proportionate to height
- Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements.
- Empathetic with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a multicultural   environment
- Cabin Crew experience is an asset            

Knowledge:

Educated to a minimum level of accredited secondary education or equivalent.
Must have a high standard of English; verbal, written and comprehension.
Fluency in another language is always an advantage.
