Job Description

Alpha Star Aviation Services is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and it is a VVIP total private Aircraft Management solutions include on-demand flight services, and turnkey aircraft management. Additionally, Alpha Star Aviation Services Management can tailor a custom aviation solution to meet client's unique private air travel requirements, in addition to our responsibility for operations.  Alpha Star Aviation Services has it is own technical and maintenance services to private, commercial and specialized aviation market,  as well as to provide logistic support including purchase, storage of spare parts to support the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivers effective display service to VVIP on board
  • To ensure the satisfaction of client through effective management of personal profiles and desires
  • Proactively utilizes the client preferences in anticipating expectations and able to act quickly to correct any situations that are not up to the standard
  • Manages the customer reviews related to food and beverage.
  • To promote a safe, healthy and environmentally secure service setting.
  • Oversees food and beverage catering point to ensure facilities and equipment are in proper condition and good working order
  • Provides training to team members on new product releases
  • Plans , graphically designs and implements flight menus
  • Stays current on industry trends for implementation of new concepts and products in Service

Education & experience:                                                 

  • Must hold a degree in hotel/hospitality or Culinary management
  • Must have minimum 5 years' experience in related field preferably in VVIP dinning and Banqueting
  • Aircraft service experience is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Hygiene and safe nutrition standards
  • Language skills: both Arabic and English are essential
  • Computer skills: essential
