Intaway Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Cabin Crew Manager for our expanding Client based in the Middle East on a permanent basis.

Please note this is an office based position

Responsibilities:

Scheduling Cabin Crew
Contributing as part of a team to define the Clients product
Menu development
Ensuring product and service standards on board are set, maintained and delivered consistently
Ensuring grooming standards
Cabin Crew training
Cabin Crew development and appraisals
Auditing flights
Sourcing and reviewing catering suppliers
Ensuring catering quality
Recruiting and interviewing Cabin Crew
Flying approximately 25% of the time

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English, other languages highly desirable
Adaptable, must have the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
Must be willing to work as part of a multi-cultural workforce

Experience:

2 years as Cabin Crew Manager with a VIP corporate airline in addition to 2 years as a Flight Attendant with a VIP corporate airline
Experienced when dealing with a range of demanding situations
Experience working within the Middle East highly desirable
