Intaway Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Cabin Crew Manager for our expanding Client based in the Middle East on a permanent basis.
Please note this is an office based position
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Cabin Crew
- Contributing as part of a team to define the Clients product
- Menu development
- Ensuring product and service standards on board are set, maintained and delivered consistently
- Ensuring grooming standards
- Cabin Crew training
- Cabin Crew development and appraisals
- Auditing flights
- Sourcing and reviewing catering suppliers
- Ensuring catering quality
- Recruiting and interviewing Cabin Crew
- Flying approximately 25% of the time
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English, other languages highly desirable
- Adaptable, must have the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
- Must be willing to work as part of a multi-cultural workforce
Experience:
- 2 years as Cabin Crew Manager with a VIP corporate airline in addition to 2 years as a Flight Attendant with a VIP corporate airline
- Experienced when dealing with a range of demanding situations
- Experience working within the Middle East highly desirable
