Strategic are seeking highly polished customer service professionals, with previous flying experience, to join the Strategic team in a Cabin Crew position on a fixed term/temporary contract.
Our Cabin Crew are responsible for providing a highly polished degree of onboard service and passenger care in line with our service values, while ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed.
The role of Cabin Crew is diverse and you will be required to;
Uphold all company procedures and attend safety briefings;
Assist our special needs passengers;
Administer first aid, conduct food and beverage services; and
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure we exceed our passengers and our client's expectations on board the aircraft.
The nature of the aviation industry means that your role may be affected by factors outside of your control; whether it is an environmental related delay or an emergency on board, you will be adaptable and resilient to work under pressure. Youre calm yet confident nature will ensure our passengers feel that they are our number one priority during these times.
As representatives of Strategic, you will have a passion for creating a memorable and quality experience for our passengers and meet the above criteria, as well as:
Extensive customer service experience;
Be in excellent health to work at a high altitude in a pressurised cabin;
Be dependable and flexible to work over a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays;
Keep in mind these rotating shift hours can disrupt your personal life, and you could be away from home several nights a month. On the flip side, it's an exciting opportunity to travel.
