Receptionist Position in London. Ex-cabin crew NEEDED to work DIRECTLY for exciting blue-chip Banks and Law Firms in London (City). Duties:
Front desk
Meeting and greeting
Issuing passes
Explaining health and safety details to entering new clients
Informing hosts of meetings when clients arrive
Escorting clients to rooms
Booking a high level of meeting room requests
liaising via telephone and email to reserve rooms
Using accuracy and diplomacy
Team work
Liaising with Catering and AV staff
Liaising with secretary's, PAs and Directors
