Customer Service Manager - Mixed Fleet
As a Customer Service Manager you'll head up an on board team of Cabin Crew. Uniquely this Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) position provides exciting opportunities to perform key roles both in the air and on the ground. As such, you'll be a true role model and a natural at customer service. You'll be leading your team by example. You'll encourage the team to stand out in their own right - ensuring they make their own decisions, enabling their development and offering coaching and support where it's needed. This is all part of the new chapter in our future, linked with the launch of Mixed Fleet.
If you have flying experience as a senior cabin crew member, a genuine passion and talent for leading teams, then we'd love to hear from you. Similarly, you may have moved away from flying and are a manager in top-tier hospitality, but yet have the qualities and experience we're looking for.
