We have an exciting Corporate Reception opportunity based in luxurious offices in the West End. Unlike other standard reception roles, Office Concierge receptionists go that bit further. As the first point of contact within some truly fantastic office buildings, such as The Gherkin Tower', you are responsible for meeting and greeting a large volume of guests in a professional and efficient manner, switchboard, arranging meetings rooms plus much more. You may also be called upon for any concierge queries. You will be trained to the highest standards in customer care and provide assistance to both the building management & their tenants. In this position, you will be liaising with the clients' Milan office, therefore fluency in Italian is necessary.
We are looking for committed individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, a smiling, friendly and professional manner and an outstanding standard of personal presentation. A solid customer service background - airline, hotel, corporate or similar is a must along with an excellent command of the English language. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential along with advanced Italian.
