Operations Administrator
The Role
Our operations team run the "nerve centre" of our business. The Operations Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all our reception teams across our portfolio. You will be in charge of dispatching the Elite Receptionists and meeting the high demands of our customers, whose requirements may change within hours on occasion. You will forward plan all employees' schedules whilst tackling various administration duties - multi-tasking is an essential skill!

Office Concierge was formed in 1995 as a direct response to a clear need to enhance reception facilities at demanding office buildings in both the City and West End.
Our immediate objective was to provide a new and refreshing form of service. This was to deliver hand picked personnel to make up our Concierge Team. Our clients range from large property companies to corporates and managing agents.
