Job Description

Customer Service Trainer


Excellent salary + benefit package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Trainer to join the Office Concierge Company. This position would suit an innovative, strategic person who is passionate about providing a high level of Customer Service. Experience in working with company Brand Standards would be an advantage.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a Customer Service training role. We are looking for a confident, well presented individual who is able to join our existing training department as well as proactively seeking opportunities to improve the OC Customer Experience.


Key responsibilities:

- To assist the Customer Service Manager in training needs analysis to ensure effective use of available resources and achievement of objectives

- To monitor, evaluate and improve training materials

- To work closely with Account Managers to ensure business objectives are met and to provide proactive training solutions

- Assist in the analysis of training needs to ensure continual improvement and management of training records

- To assist in delivering training events for external clients

- To deliver the OC Way training and to co-ordinate refresher training and bespoke training to new and existing employees

- To be inspirational in methods and delivery of training and help develop creative and innovative programmes
- To assist the Customer Service Manager with any projects or tasks.

- Experience in delivering coaching and training
- Excellent relationship and team building skills

- Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Diplomacy and active listening skills
- Attention to detail
