Our Client, a leading supplier of compressed air solutions are looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager based in the North to service their clients in this area. The role will be home based with travel to clients premises. A competitive starting salary of between 30,000 and 35,000 will be offered. The successful candidate will be required to:- Manage existing Client accounts, maintaining but also maximising revenue from each.Developing new business within specialised sector to include capital and parts sales and service contracts.Implement marketing strategies in order to increase profits for Company.Assist with preparation for marketing strategies and budgets.Tender for new contracts including completion of relevant documentation.Liaise with internal sales team to ensure maximum Client satisfaction.Produce and follow up on quotations.Provide analytical reports to Clients to demonstrate efficiency of product/contracts.Deliver an exceptional level of service. The ideal candidate will have:- Sales experience ideally gained from a compressor/blue chip service or FMCG background.Previous experience within a similar position.Experience of Facilities Management.Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own diary.Strong communication skills.Good presentation skills.An ability to identify new business opportunities and maximise profits from existing accounts.Excellent IT and administration skills.A desire to exceed targets and expectations.Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.A professional attitude.A full UK driving licence (essential.)Experience/ knowledge of air compressors.
