Receptionist position available working directly for a Law Firm in London - Ex-cabin crew preferred for Company in London -  Fabulous benefits include private health, bonus, pension and onsite gym! This company needs fabulous, charismatic ex - cabin crew for role as a corporate receptionist - Strong customer service skills needed - for a varied and exciting reception roll. Front of House Recruitment are not a facilities management company - or outsourcing company - so you would be working for our clients directly with full benefits and usually at a 35 hour working week.

If you truly understand the meaning of excellent customer service - and love giving a warm, happy, upbeat welcome - along with being passionately proud about going the extra mile. Then this could be for you.

Duties:

  • Front desk
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Explaining health and safety details to entering new clients
  • Informing hosts of meetings when clients arrive
  • Escorting clients to rooms
  • Booking a high level of meeting room requests 
  • liaising via telephone and email to reserve rooms
  • Using accuracy and diplomacy
  • Team work
  • Liaising with Catering and AV staff
  • Liaising with secretary's, PAs and Directors
