Providing assistance to airline passengers with reduced mobility through the airport. Your main aim will be to transport passengers with reduced mobility from check-in areas within the Airport terminal building to the aircraft, ensuring they travel safely and comfortably.
You will also: * Ensure that operational issues are effectively communicated and problems are resolved * Comply with Health and Safety standards and ensure safe working practices are used. * Transport passengers using applicable equipment including wheelchairs and buggies * Ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered.
To succeed in this role you will need: * Excellent customer service skills and a caring approach * The ability to work well within a team * Commitment to Company Health & Safety procedures * Flexibility to work shifts including weekends * To be compliant with pre-employment security and referencing checks as required by the Department of Transport and Airport Authorities * To be able to produce a satisfactory criminal records check in line with regulations for the Department of Transport and Airport Authorities. * A UK Driving Licence
