Office Support/Secretarial Manager - City - £55-65K
Our client, a prestigious finance house based in the City are looking for an inspirational Office Support Manager who can deliver an expert service to their team and senior stakeholders within the business.
Based in luxurious offices, you must have experience of managing administrative staff and really enjoy the accountability and delivery factors expected for such a role.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate from a similar finance background, but this is by no means essential, as this role is all about attitude and personality to be the lynch pin for the administrative support staff.
You will be an intuitive, intelligent individual who has exceptional communication skills with the ability to multi-task and rise to this exciting challenge.
Ideally you will have performance managed secretarial staff and handled appraisals, reviews and developed job descriptions.
You must be highly organised and used to working to policy guidelines and also be confident to deal with service providers.
An efficient team leader, you should have experience of interviewing secretarial and admin staff, have an excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Powerpoint and be proactive, resilient and organised.
