With your excellent organisational and planning skills, you’ll have the necessary expertise and resilience to drive the delivery of fleet and departmental targets and contribute to the effective running of the fleet through the management of new initiatives. And because it will be your job to foster a work culture of safety, you must be able to fulfil the requirement to train and operate as a Cabin Crew member and have full knowledge of safety and security procedures as well as the service style and standards needed to ensure delivery of world-class customer service. You’ll also need a valid passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
