Main tasks and responsibilities: Planning and coordination of operational work before start of shift. Communicate with Airline clients daily basis and take their requirements Quality and quantity control and sign-off as per production and menu specifications On time delivery and dispatching of food assembly and production lines Communicate with all the department and pass on the required information Ensure correct shift handover and reporting procedures. Take pro active steps to ensure own skills and knowledge continue to improve in all aspects including technical.
Essential: Basic Health and Safety / food safety. Good communication and teamwork skills. Previous leadership working experience in similar industry Excel Knowledge advance level Good level of English
Desirable: Previous airline catering working experience
