Customer Service Manager, London Heathrow Mixed Fleet
Everything we do at British Airways is focused on our customers. We’re looking for an exceptional leader to inspire, motivate and coach a team of up to 22 cabin crew flying to a range of destinations – not to mention up to 12 cabin crew on the ground – to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
As a Customer Service Manager within our Mixed Fleet team, you’ll deliver ‘Total People Management’. This will mean motivating, coaching and guiding your crew to provide exceptional customer experiences. You’ll make sure that they are passionate about our products and services, and that their enthusiasm for providing great service never wanes. Recruitment, training, promotions and performance management will also be part of your role.
