Leading a team of up to 11 cabin crew onboard, you’ll inspire, motivate, coach and guide every single one of them in the air to provide exceptional experiences for our customers. Instilling a real passion for British Airways products and services into your team, you’ll make sure they are enthusiastic, engaged and passionate about everything from health and safety to customer service. You’ll also be involved in recruitment, training and working closely with ground managers to support the operation.
As a Gatwick Customer Service Manager, you will have the potential to earn on average a reward package of between £25,500 and £28,000 per annum. This comprises of a starting salary of £20,387per annum, an hourly payment of £2.95 when you are flying, performance related annual increments and commission for on-board sales. Annual leave starting at 28 days per year rising to 34 days per year.
