Right now, we have a truly unique role at London Heathrow for you to become a Customer Service Manager within our Mixed Fleet team that believes in ‘Total People Management’ - and that’s exactly what you’ll deliver.
As well as leading a team of up to 22 cabin crew in the air, you’ll be responsible for an aligned team of up to 12 cabin crew on the ground too. Each day, you’ll inspire, motivate, coach and guide every single one of them to provide exceptional experiences for our customers. You’ll also see that their work leads to outstanding customer satisfaction and impressive business performance.
You’ll be flying our customers in style to a wide range of destinations including Singapore, Sydney, Vienna and Cape Town, taking care to provide experiences that set us apart from the competition. By making sure customers are looked after, you’ll strengthen the relationship we have with them.
Instilling a real passion for British Airways products and services into your team will be key. We’ll also rely on you to make sure they are enthusiastic, engaged and passionate about everything from health and safety to customer service. What’s more, you’ll be integral to recruitment, training and development, reviews, promotion and performance management.
Reward package: potential to earn an initial reward package of on average £35,000 per annum. Comprising of a starting salary of £27,500 per annum and an hourly payment when you are flying.
