Finance Corporate Receptionist - £30K - West end

We urgently require a superb corporate receptionist who is friendly and engaging.

You should ideally come from a finance or professional services background, immaculate in corporate image and be happy to work alongside one other on reception.

There is a shift system operating between:

7.30am - 5.00pm

9.00 - 6.30pm

It's a really easy system where you can be flexible about your preferred shifts and work closely with the other receptionist to determine that.

We are looking for a candidate who has a real passion for reception and who has experience of delivering at the highest level.

There are various tasks that you will handle including the following:

  • Responsible for incoming calls from the switchboard
  • Monitor, order, and replenish meeting room supplies
  • Ordering of stationery, keeping track of stock levels and spending
  • Ensure that the all queries to the reception inbox are responded to in a timely manner
  • Booking couriers, distribution of incoming deliveries
  • Organise and book domestic and international travel for staff members as and when required.
  • Assist with researching and organizing offsite meetings, conferences and staff social events.
  • Collate staff expenses as and when necessary
  • Provide ad hoc cover for team/personal assistants when required.
