As an In-Flight Business Manager you will lead, manage, coach and inspire your team of senior cabin crew (SCCM) to create a high performance culture that ensures the consistent delivery of world-class service. Your expertise in people management and you passion for outstanding customer service will ensure the deliver of a world class level of service that puts the customer first on each and every flight.
As a role model you will build an environment that recognises people's contributions, you will ensure the customer service, people and operational targets are achieved. More typically, you will be experienced in managing a team within a high profile customer service/hospitality environment, and have the ability to effectively engage a large work group remotely. You are a proven people manager with the ability to coach, mentor, engage and develop others as well as being able to lead a portfolio of business initiatives.
Whilst your role is predominately a ground based, some flying is required with your team ensuring they are coached, mentored and developed to be the best they can be.
