We are looking to recruit professional individuals who share a passion for excellence and are willing to go the extra mile to provide the highest level of customer care and service. Applicants must be 18 years plus, drive and own a car and be within 30 minutes of Stansted airport on a standby duty.
To meet our exceptional standards you will need to be customer focused, possess excellent communication skills, display flexibility and maturity and have the ability to converse with our clientele at all levels. You must also have at least 2 years experience of front line customer service, be able to swim unaided for 25m and be at least 5’2” / 157.5 cm (without shoes) in height. Knowledge of a second European language would also be advantageous and preferable. We require our crew to have exceptional standards of personal grooming and deportment to reflect our corporate image.

We will try and honour your preferred course start date but this may not always be possible.
This is a fixed term contract until 31st October 2018, however there will be opportunities for some permanent/winter and rejoining contracts following this initial period.
