Our Sales Consultants are the sales-force of our business, seeking-out opportunities to supply our services worldwide, building relationships with key aviation decision-makers and proposing solutions to address their varied recruitment needs.
Working in a highly supportive environment, our Aviation Sales Consultants runs their desks like their own miniature businesses. By bringing-on new aviation clients and building-upon existing customer relationships, each Consultants desk flourishes, delivering opportunity and income in direct proportion to their contribution and success.
Our most successful Sales Consultants have worked hard to become technical experts in our field. Whilst they are inwardly ambitious and are very determined to grow their businesses, their outward personalities are understated and charming, which fosters client confidence and nurtures stronger business relationships.
Basic salaries are commensurate with experience and are accompanied by generous, uncapped commission schemes. Year 1 on target earnings (OTE) is typically £30-35K, with year 2 OTE being typically £45-50K. Year 3 OTE is typically £65k.
